WEIGHTED TOTAL BODY

Equip Needed:

(2) 20-35lb KB or dumbells

(2) 10-15lb KB or DB

IT (interval timer), GymBoss or an app on your smart phone, most running watches have one too

 

 

IT: 35 sec ON, 20 sec REST, 21 cycles

 

WARM-UP: Dynamic Stretches, Jumping Jacks, 5-10 Burpees, 1min jump rope

 

WORKOUT:

1) Double Suitcase Deadlift

2) KB Swing

3) Dbl Military Press

4) Alternating Swings

5) Renegade Row

6) Split Jumps

7) Overhead Swings
