Blog Post: The Puretarian 30 Day Health Challenge
Today is prep day. Tomorrow is go time. 30 days to reset my system and get right. I’m excited to say the least. Best part is my hubbys on board, so I have an accountability partner in-house. I wrote out our weekly sample menu so he’s not wondering if we’re actually going to eat, and today we prepare our produce and make snacks for the convenience we all need and crave.
I’m excited to start sleeping better, to see my skin clear up, and to just all around feel better. I’m two months postpartum and ready to get back on an exercise regimen as well. I took about 10 months off of working out total! That’s so unlike me, but I allowed myself to feel what I was feeling, and I was feeling like not working out. Ha. I have some starting from scratch friends doing this challenge with us as well, and we’re hopeful we can help bring a new perspective on what healthy looks and feels like.
