Blog Post: Day 10

Breakfast was a kale, pineapple & coconut smoothie.  Simple, healthy go-to.

Lunch was leftover carrot salad with dill cheeze wrapped in collards, strawberries and grapes.  My sweet hubs put it together and we had an impromptu picnic in the parking lot behind the grocery store in the shade.  Romantic, huh?  We think so. Plus, our sweet boy loooves big trucks and he got a front row view of the stores 18 wheelers.

Dinner was sweet potato, mushroom and onion egg bake with a side of avocado. Pretty easy to make and who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner?
