Blog Post: Day 2
Today was a GOOD day! We had awesome food all day, did a killer workout, and just generally felt good. No real cravings (however I did decide I need to THROW away my chocolate stash at work). I thought keeping the chocolate in the fridge until my 30 days was done would be okay, but looking at it is tough. It’s all a mental game. And I’m winning the game!
Breakfast was SO good. Leftover veggie curry from the night before and three fried eggs in ghee.
We had breakfast late so we didn’t have an actual lunch. We did a killer Total Body Kettle Bell workout, and then had refreshing, replenishing smoothies. Coconut water, cucumber, celery, handful of power greens, an apple & fresh mint. Yummm. And surprisingly filling.
Dinner was off the charts though. Grain free tabouli (parsley, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, shallots, tomatoes), cucumber, tomato and avocado salad, and raw mediterranean dolmas (sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, organic raisins, fresh dill & EVOO wrapped in collard leaves).
