Blog Post: Day 23

Fried eggs, mushrooms and avocado topped with fresh cilantro.  Can’t get enough of this for breakfast.  Seriously.

I was in the mood for something light so lunch was a green smoothie and a small mixed greens salad with shredded beets, carrots, pumpkin seeds and Tessemae dressing.

Dinner was pan fried plantains topped with guac and homemade pico courtesy of the hubs.
