Blog Post: Day 26

Sunday Funday!  It used to be football fatty food day, dips, finger foods, beer, but not this Sunday, we’re sticking to the plan!

Breakfast was a cleansing green smoothie.  Feelin’ it.

Banana & almond butter for snack.  :)

Lunch was pan fried plantains topped with avocado and pico

Dinner was Spinach Nugget pie and homemade sweet potato fries.  Basically took my Spinach Nugget recipe, and put it in a pie dish and topped it with a layer of sesame seeds for a crust-like effect.  Simple Sweet Potato fries baked with a little avocado oil, salt, pepper and chili powder.  Yumm.
